• To ensure timely payment by parents/guardians
• To maintain financial discipline and accountability
• To prevent disputes related to fee transactions

3. Fee Structure

• Tuition Fee
• Transport Fee
• Sports Fee
• Activity Fee
• Canteen Fee (if applicable)

4. Payment Schedule

• Quarter 1: 15th May
• Quarter 2: 15th August
• Quarter 3: 15th November
• Quarter 4: 15th February

5. Mode of Payment

• Online Payment via School Website / App
• UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards

6. Late Fee Policy

• Late fee will be applicable after due date
• Repeated delay may lead to restrictions as per school norms

7. Refund Policy

• Applicable only in case of duplicate or excess payment
• Refund processed within 7–14 working days
• Tuition fee is non-refundable unless specified

8. Payment Failure

• If amount is deducted but status is failed, contact school immediately
• Verify transaction before retrying

9. Data Privacy & Security

• Secure encrypted payment gateways are used
• No storage of sensitive financial data by school

10. Communication

• Reminders sent via SMS / Email / School App
• Parents responsible even if reminder not received
