The 72nd Republic Day was celebrated in all its spirit and solemnity at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s, Vadodara on 26 January 2021. The program commenced at 8:30 a.m. on the arrival of the Principal Shri Rajeev Kumar Singhal. The ceremony began with the unfurling of the national flag followed by the national anthem. 

Speaking on the occasion, the Principal sent an inspirational message to the students and the community at large on the present- day situation in the country and how each of us have our own roles to play as contributors to the society. He emphasised that education is not only about gaining knowledge but also about serving humanity. He appealed to the students to not be influenced by high packages but rather introspect about how they can serve the human race.

On this occasion Ms Arya Desai and Ms Vartika Srivastava delivered their speeches reflecting the significance that the constitution holds in modern day times. The students also showcased their talent through scintillating performances like patriotic songs and dances. The program ended with an inspirational and hopeful short video on the cultural activities and musing and how the pandemic has drawn a line of separation between students and their school. Due to the Covid restrictions, the ceremony was held with limited number of members. The entire ceremony was live streamed on the school You Tube Channel.
