Policy

The academic year commences from last week of March for all standards Nursery, KG-1 to Std XII. Admission to nursery, KG-1 and KG- 2 will be based on the facts given by parents in the application form. Parents will bring their ward at the time of submitting the registration form, as the admissions will be provided based on the first come first served bases and the availability of seats at that time.

Boarders (Boys only) are admitted from Std. III to Std. X depending on the number of seats available. Admission will be given subject to a student continuing to stay in the hostel for a minimum period of 3 years. However, students joining Std IX or X should continue to stay till they complete Std. X.

Day scholars (Boys & Girls) are admitted in Play School, KG-1, KG-II and other classes depending on the availability of seats.

Admission to Std IX is subject to written test followed by an interview to asses the fitness of the pupil to the class which he/she desires admission and availability of sears in the respective class.

The Admission test in conducted in 3 subjects, English, Math & Env. Studies/Science.

The names of children seeking admission may be registered in advance. Registration is no guarantee for admission.

If a student is considered eligible for admission, the parents/guardian will be informed in advance of the date on which the student should present himself/herself for the test/interview.

The list of successful candidate will be put on the school notice board.

Admission is final only when the required documents are submitted and the fees are paid.

It is entirely within the jurisdiction of the Principal to entertain or reject an application for admission without assigning any reason whatsoever.

For Foreign Students: Normally admissions are granted on merit cum vacancy basis after the admission test. If necessary the admission test can be conducted by the school in which the candidate is already studying, subject to the readiness of the school concerned for the same. The test papers will be sent from here.

In case the parents of the NRI students seeking admission visit India and the students concerned accompanies the parents, admission test and interview shall be conducted subject to availability of vacancies.

Withdrawals: Parents intending to withdraw a pupil should give a term’s notice of withdrawal failing which they may be required to pay frees for the term in lieu of the notice in addition to whatever is due for that period.

Fees:

The current fees schedule may be had from the school office on request.

Every year there may be a raise of around 10% in the school frees.

You are requested to make the fees payment after admission is confirmed, by Cash/Demand Draft in favour of “Principal, Bhavan’s V.M. Public School” payable at Vadodara.

 

The fees once paid will not be refunded in any circumstances.
